Eating My Way Through the
Seinfeld Episodes!

Seinfeld

“Monk’s” Restaurant

I had a breakfast, not a “Big Salad!”

Seinfeld

Pomodoro’s

Where “everyone breaks up.”

Seinfeld

Pappardella

I passed on the discarded pecans and had a pizza!

Seinfeld

Homestead Steak House

Unlike Jerry, I did not just have a salad! “I’m not one of those.” I had a steak. But I thought I saw Grandma Memma ordering the porterhouse medium rare, baked potato with sour cream!

Seinfeld

La Boîte en Bois

Remember George’s date having a very animated reaction to a risotto dish at La Boîte en Bois? Well, I skipped the risotto and ordered the escargots. But I had the very same animated reaction to the escargots. Unlike an attractive woman have the same reaction, I got thrown out of La Boîte en Bois!

Seinfeld

Gray’s Papaya

Despite Kramer’s wanting a Papaya King hot dog (not a “movie hot dog”),
it was actually a Gray’s Papaya he ended up getting.

Pete's

Pete’s Tavern

In the Sniffing Accountant episode Jerry fears that the accountant is mishandling his finances because he is using cocaine. Jerry, Kramer, and Newman follow the accountant to Pete’s Tavern where Kramer goes into Pete’s to do some recon work.

Seinfeld

Peter McManus’s Cafe

Where Elaine tells Russell, the head of NBC, that he’s “part of the problem” and that if he belonged to “Greenpeace or something, that would be different….”

Seinfeld

H & H Bagels

Where Kramer was on strike for 12 years! The original bagel shop on Broadway & 80th has closed, but I went to it before it closed. A new one (sort of) has opened at 2nd & 80th. It is fun to be able to say that I’ve been to both.

Seinfeld

1St & 1St

“I must be at the nexus of the universe!”
